Leadership Coaching

Awareness is the key to development and change.  Leaders often find it helpful to have an outside perspective to help with their growth and development.  Our focus upfront is on building relationships and trust.  We take the time to understand the current situation as well as the desired outcomes of any coaching engagement.  We also have a bias toward action: we help clients create and execute a coaching plan of action, and conclude the engagement with an effectiveness assessment.

 

We follow ethical coaching principles and all our coaches are certified by the International Coaching Federation.
